Process example

Once I arrive, I usually visit the kindergarten and subsequently give a presentation to the teaching staff on “Practical aspects of everyday kindergarten life in Germany” (Presentation 1) Topics cover the children’s familiarization period, conflicts with parents in the institution, documentation, duty of supervision, promotion of children’s creativity, and project work. Afterwards I speak to the parents about the “Basics of successful education” (Presentation 2) with a lot of time for the parents to ask questions. Dinner is an opportunity to talk with partners and friends of the hosts about Germany, China, and our common ideas.

On the following day, in cooperation with other kindergarten providers or the regional education authority, I am frequently invited to give an academic lecture on the “History of education, current situation, and aspects of modern education” in Europe (Presentation 3).

The participants will receive a certificate after the event.
